It’s clear that the staff truly care about their residents and treat them with compassion, dignity, and respect every single day. A special thank you to the incredible Director of Nursing, Heather. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and an outstanding leader. Her dedication to providing high-quality care is evident throughout the entire facility, and she has created a culture where both residents and staff thrive. I also want to recognize Angelina, the Infection Control Nurse, who is absolutely amazing. She is incredibly smart, thorough, and proactive, always ensuring the highest standards of safety and infection prevention. Her professionalism and commitment to resident well-being are truly impressive. The entire team works together seamlessly, creating an environment that feels uplifting, supportive, and caring. It’s refreshing to see a facility where excellence in care and kindness go hand in hand. With my experience Ashley Kastl is the biggest asset at Palm Valley Acute. She returns calls immediately, listens to needs, and gets things done. She is an absolute expert in 5 star customer service!!!!

I have had a very good experience here. Everybody from admin to house keeping has been very nice. They listen to your concerns and handle any problem you might have. I would definitely recommend them to anybody that needs rehab.
